As with all registered Not-for-Profit organizations, TALYR has a requirement to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). ALL active Members are invited to attend the AGM. The meeting will take place, via Zoom, immediately following our regularly scheduled webinar on October 26, 2026 (and will start at 12 noon).
You do not have to attend the regular Fall Series Webinar on Oct 26th to attend the AGM.
However, if you are participating in the Fall Series Webinar immediately preceding the AGM, you will need to log out of the Webinar and log in to the Meeting with the dedicated link above as the two are not the same format nor the same link.
At the AGM, we will approve the Minutes of the last AGM, review the President's Report for 2025-2026, approve the Financial Statements for 2025-2026, elect a slate of new and continuing Board Members and Officers (President, Secretary and Treasurer) for 2026-2027, and conduct any other business required or duly raised and agreed to by the Members in attendance.
